Nowadays, every company have to had a good communication, either between them and also with the client, because it's the essential part for supply and demand, that is, to create a business, or make it work the existing one.

In relation to our project, in the platform of Airbnb, this communication is also very important (the basis to make work a business) to know all the needs and also the decisions of a particular client (because every client has their own requirement and wishes), to be able to sell one product or another. That's why we have to be able to provide a solution to all requests.

In this way, the enterpreneurs, that are, the Airbnb hosts, must have several methods to know excactly what the future guest wants and needs, for that reason we find one of the best listening techniques, being this one, the "Active Listening", in it you let he client speak, expressed and says her or his proposes, the ideals; while the enterpreneur take notes of the things said by the first while paying full attention to what they are saying. Then, the host, that has a global knowledge about the company, manages to show him/her several products that suits her/his needs.

In relation to this platform, which is online, both the enterpreneur and the client connect through the application, and thanks to different filters (such as heating, air conditions, free parking, pet admission...), it makes it easier for the client to find what they want, as well as for the enterpreneur to find something exact to sell.
